The Virginia Beach Volunteer Rescue Squad depends on the donations we receive from you. Every gift, big and small, is extremely important to us, and that’s why we have a spring fund drive and a fall fund drive every year.
What do we do with the funds you trust us with?
We continue to keep our squad properly uniformed to keep our members safe, and properly equipped with the latest advancements to keep you safe. For example, a brand new, fully-equipped ALS ambulance (with monitor/defibrillator, power stretcher, automatic CPR device, backboards, stair chair, oxygen, airway supplies, trauma supplies, radios, computers and much more) would cost us about $300,000. And that’s just the beginning…
